Position Title: Senior Designer
Salary Range: DOE
Location: Boston-Cambridge-Quincy, Massachusetts, USA
Close-knit, creative Boston agency looking to add a senior visual designer to work across all accounts while driving the quality of the work. The Senior Designer should be ready to bring some edge and new ideas to this integrated, constantly evolving work environment. Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of solid work experience (creative agency, marketing or client-side experience required).
- Experienced in typography, design and color theory, identity systems, branding, and logos.
- Comfortable in digital, print, film, mixed media, etc. and have a strong sense of design rationale and strategy.
- Must provide online examples of design work, produced or not.
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred, but not required.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with Creative Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and estimate and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to design requirement changes or schedules as they become necessary during a given production cycle.
- Researches, presents, and/or makes recommendations on design or cultural happenings.
